KingDue to his involvement as a result of his collaborations Lil Durk, Bennett signed with Durk's company Only the Family. The stage name he adopted was King Von, he subsequently achieved his first professional success through his first single "Crazy Story," the song was released December of the year 2018. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 at number 81 and the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart at 32. It also saw hundreds of millions of YouTube views. Von came out with a sequel track, "Crazy Story 2.0," in the month of May in 2019. The follow-up, which features Lil Durk is a remix to the song that was released in the beginning. In September, Crazy Story 3.0 was released as a follow-up/remix.
