Lucy Liu is an American actress voice actress director producer and vocalist. An attractive, clever and gifted actress, she is an model for Asian actors who want to be big stars in Hollywood. In the wake of a number of first appearances on popular TV shows, her fame was boosted after joining the crew of the cult comedy show Ally McBeal where she played the sly Ling Woo. The actress took her initial popularity into big screen roles in films including Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. Then, she gave an a stunning acting performance on Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill Volume 1 as Japanese criminal O Ren Ishii. At the same time, her roles as an actress in the flops at the box office such as Rise: Blood Hunter were equally prominent. After that, she started to voice prominent characters in animation films such as Kung Fu Panda. Mia Mason, in Cashmere Mafia as well as other smaller-screen characters, failed to achieve any kind of success.
